There are 3,690 establishments in the industry and 10,471 establishments in the services sector. Lucena City accounted for 46.8% of the industry (1,127 establishments) and 28.4% for services (2,970 establishments) or an average share of 33.1%. From this data it is apparent that Lucena is the leader in the urbanization process.
