Mission
To provide social protection and promote the rights and welfare of the poor, vulnerable and the disadvantaged families and the communities that will contribute to poverty alleviation and empowerment through social welfare and development policies, programs, projects and services implemented with or through the forty (40) local government units (LGUs), non-government organizations (NGOs), people's organization (POs), other government organizations (GOs) and other members of the civil society.
