Human Resource Management Office is a staff office composed of two (2) divisions, the Career and Human Resources Development Division and Recruitment. Selection and Placement Division. The office assumes responsibility for the development of a comprehensive and balance personnel system and programs designed to promote morale, integrity, efficiency, responsiveness, progressive and courtesy in the implementation of government-wide personnel management programs in the province and effectively carries out the communications system with the Civil Service Commission.
