(PhilCAT) is an NGO estblished by the Private sector to combat TB. it has installed the Provincial Coordinating Committee in Quezon to oversee operation of all PPMD unit in Quezon Province. QPCC Chief of Center, Dr. Erlinda C. Plotria acts as Provincial NTP medical Coordinator and Fund Custodian of PCC-Quezon. She has been actively participating in training of all health worker, public & private on installation of PPMD Center Phil. Health Accreditation and International Standard for TB care.
