A self-reliant, self-supporting and financially independent Economic Enterprise Unit relative to the maintenance and operation of the revenue generating facilities of the Provincial Government of Quezon.

• To be the structural, operational and functional pillar of the Provincial Government as a viable economic enterprise unit
• To develop, initiate, innovate and introduce various provincial owned structures and facilities
• To undertake and launch a revenue enhancement program to make these facilities income generating, business ventures of the Provincial Government of Quezon

The Economic Enterprise Unit was created by Provincial Ordinance No. 08, S.2002 and No.2000-08 (approved under SP Resolution Nos. 2002-833 and 2000-456, respectively), imposing fees for use of all the facilities owned by the Provincial Government of Quezon, pursuant to section 18 of the local government code of 1991.
