The Provincial Government of Quezon is now inviting an eligible bidder to submit proposal for the above stated procurement. Delivery of the GOODS is required to be completed within Seven (7) calendar days. Bidding will be conducted through the procedures for Alternative Method of Procurement, specifically Negotiated Procurement, as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and regulations, of R.A. 9184 and the Procurement Manual for Local Government Units. The BAC of the Provincial Government of Quezon reserves the right to accept or reject any offer and to annul the process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder.
