Expertise Exchange is a collaboration between TESDA Quezon and the Provincial Government of Quezon in their quest for providing skills and employement to their constituents. While the Provincial Government of Quezon provides the Expertise Exchange online application, TESDA Quezon reaches out to both employer-companies and skilled workers to help them meet at the right venue and at the right time.
