The museum houses a collection of the memorabilia of former President Manuel L. Quezon, former Senator Lorenzo Tañada, and former Congressman Manuel S. Enverga. A large section of the museum contains the memorabilia of some of the prominent citizens of the province. It is located at the former Provincial Health Building, Provincial Capitol compound, Lucena City.
